To fare well in the practice and step by step learn all series it is recommended to practice 6 days a week with one day off on Sunday. In addition, there is no practice on days of the new and full moon.
As our minds and bodies are not stable, it is better to relax these days (Obligatorily check upcoming moon days).
Learning starts with the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and standing asanas. Students learn asanas gradually, depending on personal practice and add them one by one. This system is called «Yoga-Mala».
Mala is translated as beads or garland. So we don`t skip asanas, but make our practice consistent and safe: from a simple to a more complex. There are always several challenging asanas and vinyasas in every Ashtanga Yoga series which students have to go through.
Thanks to everyday practice, including challenges and fight against personal weakness, students become totally stout-hearted, confident individuals quite fast. As a result, stated practice truly change both body and mind.
